        They overcharged, and caused more damage.The service writer, Jason, screamed at me and slammed the door in my face. The heater would not work after they did their engine coolant flush. It was working just fine when we brought it in. The mechanic said it was air in line, but even after his attempt to "bleed it", the heat would not work. There was an odd sloshing sound from engine. Mechanic could not fix what he did, and instead removed a perfectly good actuator, so I had no heat or ability to turn on the a/c. I insisted on speaking to the owner, and then Jason called the police and told them to tell me that they "did not want my business", after taking my bank's check, for $1,300, and $126 from my credit card! Ford accused me of "going into unauthorized areas", when I was given permission by Kurt to go into the garage! I feel humiliated and disrespected. Unless you enjoy having "mysterious" repairs pop up and having the police called on you after paying $1450, STAY AWAY!. Horrible.

        Hubby found a couple of identical trucks, one had leather seats and the other didn't, and the difference between them was only $100. So, it was a no brainer, we test drove the leather seats one, and we were ready to make a deal with them. After over 3 hours at the dealership, they showed us their offer, and it was absolutely ridiculous!!!!! They tried to charge us an extra $2,000 then the listed price for the "custom leather seats", (nice "Bait and Switch" technique there old man...I am pretty sure that is ILLEGAL!!!), and on top of that, they low ball us our trade in by $8,000. Nice try though!!! I think they thought we were idiots!! Who does that??? We also had a manufacturer discount from a friend that works at Ford manufacturer, and they didn't even applied our discount code that I got from him, and they claimed that they did!



        At the end, instead of making a deal, we ended up walking away furious!!! Thanks for wasting our time!! Good luck selling those trucks that have been sitting in your parking lot for over 2 years now, with over 300 miles of test drives, with your great "sales techniques". Awful, just awful. We are never going back!!!! AVOID Ewald's at all cost. There are plenty of other decent dealerships out there.

        This typical car dealer will tell you all you want to hear, not listen to your desired financing lender, sell you a vehicle with a known defect, and then not support you when you get upset about all of the above. I STRONGLY recommend finding a different dealership...moreover, buy from a private party and use your corner service station to look it over so you can trust what you are hearing. WORST vehicle purchase experience ever...now I have to quesiton the FORD loyalty I maintain.
