        I called Rick Crawford Services to take a look at the central air unit at my rental property which was working, but wasn't working at 100% (I assumed the freon needed charging) so I scheduled for them to come take a look at the unit.The repair person never spoke to me himself, instead had his wife call and relay vague information to me about what the 'problem' was with the unit. Rick Crawford damaged the house and the unit during inspection.They were offensively unprofessional and obviously didn't know what they were doing because I had to have a second company come repair the unit, which this new service man had operational in 8 minutes. Not to mention that I had to take time out of my work schedule to come repair the damages done to my rental unit. It is apparent that Rick Crawford Services either did not know what they were doing with my AC unit OR they were lying and 'creating' problems in order to exact a larger bill from me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in response.
