Wow. I recently went in asking if they could size a ring for me. I pointed out that it was a (sterling silver) "fashion ring". The lady then said it would be $85 and that it probably wasn't "worth" it. Astonished by their price and attitude, I told her I was just in Cincinnati where a (prominent) jeweler was happy to size a fashion ring for me at $26. I asked why it was so expensive to size it and immediately a man came from the back and said "it's for the labor". I said Wow, that's a huge price difference! The man then gives me an attitude and says, "we don't like to work on that stuff". Wow. It's not like I was trying to pass off a sterling fashion ring as the Hope diamond. My Grandma gave me that ring and it means the WORLD to me. To the owners: You guys are super snobby. I grew up here, all of my family lives here, and over the decades we have purchased a lot of jewelry from you. Wow. Get over yourselves, you're just shop keepers! And thanks for insulting my G'ma.
