        Overall

        Try your hardest to avoid renting a truck from this establishment. If there aren't any other options then WAIT. Setting up the reservation was difficult and time consuming as the staff was almost entirely incompetent. As a matter of fact I'm waiting for my moving truck to arrive as I write this very review. The reservation that I made 3 days in advance was for 9 am and it's now been over two hours despite multiple confirmations. Don't rent a truck from this specific Penske establishment.
