I start work at 5:30 am, and at 4:10 am I made a reservation online in which I followed up with a phone call to insure my order went through. They told me it had and they would have someone out there. At 4:40 am I got a confirmation text telling me the drivers name and the cab number he was in, and that he was 7.4 mi away and would be there soon. It came to 5:10 am and as I was starting to call their company to inquire about my cab, they decided to call me at 5:11 am to inform me that they had no one available to pick me up. As I started to explain about the text, the woman on the phone had apologized to me about 4-5 times, in a two minute long conversation. She had no idea how to explain to me, and this is my theory, that the guy who was supposed to pick me up, saw how far I had to go and ditched my reservation perhaps for a larger fair. To make matters worst, the cab company I normally call had informed me that they had just been near the Woodstock Metra station on route to the airport, and had seen two Metro cabs parked in lot, which is only a 4 minute drive from my house. I would not recommend nor refer anyone to use this service. Unprofessional in all ways down to the operator who has no clue about anything.
