        I have contacted the Crystal Lake service center for work needed on my Saturn. The response is effective and efficient. The team there is kind and courteous as well as thorough on jobs well done for what I have asked to be done. Thank you so much for a great job!

        terrible service

        I was here on saturday 2/07/2009 and they told me that i had windsheild washer fluid in my brake fluid. They told me it would cost me $400 dollars to replace all the brake components. I went to get a second opinion and was told that there was not any fluid in my brake fliud except brake fluid. and charged me $60 dollars to flush it out. i cannot believe that they lied to me i will not be going back ever.

        this customer was just bitching when he came in here. the cost was actually $4000 dollars.. he was stupid for going to merlin they probably screwed his car up.
