        Overall

        My iphone 5s screen shattered. I called several places and batteries plus bulbs was the only place that had the screen in stock. The assistant manager Will was extremely helpful. He had my phone fixed and back to me within a few hours. He went above and beyond and also fixed my phone frame because it bent when I dropped it. Highly recommend this place for all your phone needs.

        WARNING! Stay away from the Batteries Plus in Crystal Lake! A week ago we went there to have our car battery replaced. They charged us twice & we were told that the first transaction did not go through. Then as we drove off we found that because they installed it incorrectly the entire engine was shaking and had to have the computer reset. Well we are still waiting for that refund, they now wanted my credit card # again, since it has been so long. I would not give it in fear they would charge me another 116.00
