Allstate Insurance: Mark Moskal

Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone. This level of service has become less common after the pandemic and is a differentiator for me given the high cost of insurance. I appreciate Mark and his team, and cannot give enough thanks for all they have done. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would highly recommend Mark.

I couldn't disagree more with previous review. I find this agent attentive, supportive and provides service according to my policy. I was in an accident, which was my fault, and was anxious and didn't know what to do. He helped me get through the claims process and provided professional service. He and his staff are true professionals!

Scam artist. Tells you what you want to hear. Promised a lot, delivered nothing... Seems to be on par with Allstate customer service. Apply at your own risk!
