        These people are the least professional people I've ever encountered at a funeral. I've been to many funerals unfortunately and these people I hope to never see again. They messed up the book, the in memory picture, the video, they gave the cards over to someone other than the window and messed up the bill. I witnessed them badgering the family about standing a specific place during the funeral. Zero compassion from these people. Then when it came down to paying the remainder of the balance they claimed the balance was wrong and it was going to be another 1000 dollars. I wish i could give this place negative stars for how poorly everyone was treated and how poor a job they did.
