We were in Crossville for the longest yard sale on Saturday and had no plans to buy a car today. I had been looking for a new 2014 Chrysler 300S black with all the options in our home city of Knoxville. My local dealer was not able to get the car I wanted or able to do the deal I wanted because the car was 500 miles away at another Chrysler dealer in VA. While at the yard, sale we came across East TN Dodge and I told my wife I am going to stop and take a quick look at Chrysler 300S. Andy met me in the lot while I was looking at a Chrysler 300S model but did not have the car I wanted. We starting to talk and I told him what I wanted and the deal I wanted. He said I can do that. Come inside. He got on the computer and found the car in VA. He put the deal together and presented it to me, I could not believe it , he did it, gave us top dollar for our 2013 300S trade in and the monthly payment I wanted. We agreed to purchase the car and I said to Andy when I go into the finance mgrs offices I do not want any changes add ons or sales pitches. The finance depart always trys to get more money from you. We went into the fianance mgrs office and everything was the same as the deal, less than 5 minutes we where out. We where given a new 300 to drive back to Knoxville until our car was delivered. We picked our new Chrysler 300S up on Friday. We drove 100 miles to buy a car and will do it again Andy and East TN Dodge are the best.

I was treated with respect and not talked into something i did not want. Josh Brandon treated me kindly and with respect. Mellisa Dutch, the service woman who took care of my car when i brought it in to get looked at was very understadning and respectfull towards me. I have decided to trade that 2013 in for the 2014 Josh Brandon helped me pick out. I thank them both as well as Brandon the sales manager. Everyone was nice overall. George was extremely friendly, happy to help and easy to talk with. He is always pleasant -- a real asset to East Tennessee Dodge/Jeep. George informed us of all aspects of the visit, what was done on our Jeep Compass and what was recommended for near future. The service department has the customers safety in mind. We enjoyed the beautiful day by waiting outside, we were even given a bottle of water each from an associate in the showroom. We had walked over to Walmart and were parched when we came back.
