Elements Massage

I scheduled an appointment on 11/6/11 for my husband and perhaps I should have immediately cancelled when the receptionist stated she was not certain someone would be available to perform an 80 minute hot stone massage but then scheduled one with Deborah for later in the day. To provide a little history, my husband and I have been monthly customers of the Baltimore School of Massage for over four years and had only experienced two disappointing massages, but for $25 and the knowledge it was a student performing the services, the overall experience has been very pleasurable. We are scheduled to go on vacation this weekend and I thought that a $109 massage would be a treat and help him to relax, but it turned into a nightmare. The therapist is not even listed on their website, the stones were cold and at the end, stated she would back with a bottle of water and after 15 minutes my husband had to go in search of her. The ironic twist to the story, is based upon my husband’s physical description of the therapist as well as a summary of her technique, I believe it is the same therapist I received a poor massage from at the school. Elements of Crofton, shame on you for providing inferior service and after we reported the problem the same day, I call back was promised for today, the next day, and has yet to occur. We would recommend the short drive to the Baltimore School of Massage and schedule 4 massages for less money and receive outstanding customer service.
