DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - worst customer service ever!

Awful customer service, mediocre results, and it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I planned on visiting this spa after purchasing some groupons. On my first visit I got a facial. Not Happy with the Service

I had a BuyWithMe certificate for a hair cut and facial. The facial was schedule first. This was the day with bad weather and due to the weather the traffic was very bad and I was delayed getting there. I called the Solon several times telling them I was going to be late, they said no problem. I got there and they said my hair apt was first, no problem. It had originally been scheduled for 2 pm after the facial. I got there at 1 :45 pm (very late for the facial). I waited for the stylist to come and get me. I sat there watching a stylist read a magazine until 2:25pm at which time she came and got me. So instead of being ready for the facial at 3 pm, they couldn't fit me in, even through they said they would. And they refused to give me a refund. They did reschedule my facial, but not sure at this point if I want to go back.

I went to EcoBliss recently and was very happy. I know that they just recently hired a new salon manager and she is amazing! You bring in a picture of whatever you want, and it's cut exactly how it looks in the picture. You have a vision of what type of hair style you want, she will make it come alive! Thats exactly what she did for me! I was so impressed! Now, the salon itself is very very new, but they were nothing but polite, generous and always willing to assist me. I would suggest this place to ANYONE who is looking for a great cut, or color. From what I can tell, the salon manager runs a very tight ship. The salon is exceptionally clean, and I would suspect that she expects nothing but perfection from her employees, as that is the vibe that I got from her. I highly recommend Kristi to everyone!
