I went to their Crestview facility and spent best part of an hour giving the Secretary all the chronological details for my elderly Mothers medical malpractice . Upon completion, she told me that Mr. Michles would be reviewing it and will phone me within 2-3 days . 7 days goes by and I follow up on it...and the secretary doesn't even know if Michles has even reviewed it , but she tells me that she will get back to me very shortly one way or the other. 4 more days pass and not a word from her or Michles . I find it appauling the unprofessionalism of these people . They shouldn't be in business if they cant at least give fair customer service. This Merchant along with the vast majority of Crestview Merchants ive experienced thus far, are a complete let down , unprofessional, and in many cases downright unethical -- these seems to be a Southern tradition im finding out .
Find someone more professional that these poor examples of a Merchant
