        Crestline Nursing Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 30-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in the 1950s, we have 2 private rooms, 12 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Crestline also offers features such as a garden and patio, a rehab gym, and a beauty/barber shop. Residents and often time's family too, can enjoy planned activities such as various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, discussion groups, visiting performers, and intergenerational programs.         This place is a joke i would never send a family member there...only about 2 employees care about the residents. State needs to really see whats going on becuase that place needs shut down
