I was waiting at door at Walmart on May 7. Two elderly people were driving scooters They drove up to front. No one offered assistance. They very carefully drove the scooters to place scooters were parked, parking them where they go. Not once did an employee suggest they drive to the door and assure them someone would bring scooters back in when their ride picked them up. Their daughter came in to get them and helped her mother to walk to the door. She could barely walk. One employee was emptying trash between them & the door. Trash cans, bags, etc. in the way. The cart person stool by and did nothing but talk to person emptying trash. The daughter told her father to scooter to door since she could not help both of them. Father had to manuver around trash. The mother & daughter went through cluttered area (if the lady had fallen, Walmart would have been in trouble). This situation could have been handled without all this confusion. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, just correct a situation that could have been dangerous. Also this customer will think twice about coming back to this Walmart. She was very pleasant. I was observing and felt bad that I could not help her.
