Scituate Vista Apartments

The area is nice..BUT..the people in the office are lazy..maintenance is average. .they lock the thermostat locked so you freeze in the winter.The people that live there that are younger and on ssi..are less than decent people.They gossip and bad mouth others because they have nothing to do with their time.They take complete advantage of elderly ppl shaking them down for so called Favors they do..they steal from elderly people!! It's pathetic and so is this place.Theyre slobs ..they throw their trash on the floor..DON'T LET ANYONE IN YOUR APT.NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY SEEM!!

lousy cheap place to live, management has no respect for tennants, they have no people skills, dont repair what needs to be done put control on thermostats and most are freezing in apts.no sense complaining because it falls on deaf ears. i could say more but i would need more space
