I was very happy with gym set up what I am very upset about is my contract...I was not told after asking about guest privilege s that they were available to me at 20 more a month instead i was handed a stack of passes to use...when I overheard that they were offered and inquired I was told it would be 40 extra a month unless I cancel and repay the sign up fee....I'm told nothing can be done call the main office...Rude customer service all the way maybe a new deal will be available on future seriously... Punish me for w g at your employee told me didn't exist...I'm so annoyed that this guy's poor training is punishing me so now I have a membership to an extra gym because it's cheaper than canceling and starting again when I'd like to work out with a guest..
