        Questionable service but poor customer service. This occurred 3/28/16. Three weeks earlier I had brought my Jeep GC in to have the refrigerant lines tested. The $188 invoice said that they used dye to track the leak but they couldn't find a leak. I was baffled so I paid Hartman's Firestone to look for the leak. They called me and said there was no dye in the system and therefore no way their special light could find a leak. They said the input and output always show the dye as the rush of refrigerant and dye always leaves a stain. That was my first realization that the Pepboys mechanic had not put in the dye. Hartmans then put in the dye and refrigerant for $166 and immediately found the leak. In other words, Pepboys had not done the job correctly. I went back to Pepboys and the manager was civil but still in appropriate. I explained and he said, "He said-she said." In other words, your word against ours. His juvenile response of "he said, she said." said to me never to go back.

        My daughter was returning to M...

        My daughter was returning to Mich from Mrylnd when her fuel pump quit. Ed was informative with towing info, sympathetic to a stranded student, and got her money off by suggesting their reward card. They worked late to get her on the road the same day as her car broke down mid-afternoon. Very grateful.

        Do not take your automobile to Cranberry Twp. PepBoys!! I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change at the end of my work day. The service member neglected to replace the oil in my car and did not replace the oil cap. Needless to say, my motor blew up and they denied all responsibility. Now I have a vehicle that does not run and after numerous attempts to contact supervisiors, somehow they put the blame on me.
