All I can say is...super disappointed. I have been so looking forward to going to this place for my one year old - being that this is supposed to be a salon tailored for children to distract him from getting his hair cut. I envisioned lovely beauticians that were super friendly and welcoming for children - and when i arrived it was a complete let down. The salon was dingy, and the staff looked like they all just rolled out of bed. Yes, it's a Saturday morning but it's STILL a business! You should look and behave professionally no matter what day of the week it is. We check in and a woman behind the desk asks the girl next to her, do you want to take him (meaning my son)? The girl replies "I don't care." Really?? Never introduced herself - never talked to us once to try to start a conversation - my baby was tried and cried the second she tried to cut his hair and instead of trying to soothe him she awkwardly kept cutting his hair and never made us feel comfortable. The service was absolutely rotten - I really don't know how that business stays open. I will never go back there again mainly because of the service and ugly attitude from our stylist. She was probably the age of a college student that lacked professionalism to the fullest. Whoever is in charge there needs to clean everyone's act up there if they want to promote their business in a positive way.

Great place! My kids are 8 and 10, they refuse to go anywhere else. Always friendly and kid polite. Never an issue on getting their hair cut. Would 100% recommend to a friend or stranger.

We love Carey and Amanda! I have been taking all five of my kids (ages 4 to 12) for years now and have never had a bad haircut or unpleasant experience. Even my older boys prefer to go there than other places since they feel like they look good after they leave. Definitely a great place for a haircut!

Wow...really dissapointed. I read somewhere this place was wonderful for children -- especially special needs children. That author must have had a different stylist than I had because the only words that come to my mind are rude and impatient. This woman kept yanking my 4-year olds head in the direction she wanted it to go and she snapped at my child when she couldn't understand what the stulist wanted from her. She was yanking at her hair so bad, my child who normally LOVES getting her hair cut, reached out for my hand because she was scared because this woman was being so rough. When I finally asked the stylist to relax, she snapped "She has a lot of hair!" To top it off, after every customer walked out, the stylists made rude comments about how knotty their kids hair was or how they misbehaved. I can only imagine what they said about us! :-) Again, really snappy, catty service and not that great of a cut. Too bad. The amenities are great for kids but for this woman to make my child SCARED at something that is always fun for her -- that's totally unacceptable.
