Covington Police Department

On 3-17-15 the Covington Police Dept worked traffic for the funeral of Paul Siple--a young officer led us to the city limits where the Alleghany Sheriff Dept took control--the Covington police officer stopped as we were going out of town and stepped from his patrol car and stood at attention and saluted as we passed by. Paul was a WW 11 veteran and the respect this young officer showed will not be forgotten by the funeral party. Hats off to the Covington police dept and this young officer--Ted Fairburn--Clayton NC
