I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I took my truck there to get a routine oil change and they had some rookie who apparently didnt know anything working on my vehicle. He didnt screw my oil filter in and every bit of oil leaked out within 2 days. I barely had a quart left when I noticed oil spots in my driveway. They had the audasity to offer a free oil change after having to buy oil to change again. It ended up screwing my motor up and now I burn through oil in less than a month and it sounds like a jackhammer when I crank it. They will not take responsibility for their carelessness and have treated me like im trash.

Horrible service department! I went up there asking someone to just read the codes from my service engine light and was told to make an apt for 2-3 day later! I ended up going to Serra Cheverolet in bartlet and was out of there in 5 min knowing what was wrong with my car. I will never return there. This was my third bad experience with them.
