Great prompt service Called 9 am technician at my home before noon. Problem solved same day

20 year old well pump went out previous night. Called Water Works next morning. Technician had me up and running that afternoon. Professional and informative, tech worked quickly and with deliberation. I would definitely recommend Water Works for well pump service 👍.

absolutely terrible service. They charged a few just to come out, that's not even to do anything. Then they incorrectly applied a part, so my brand new septic tank water logged after only 10 months. I had to call someone else out to fix it because Water Works said it wasn't under warranty, and I definitely wasn't going with this company again.

Did a bad job. Would not use again. Had to pay for a poor job that was not complete. Would not use again

Our pump, that a 'buddy' replaced 4 yrs ago went out, but this time we were smarter & went to a place that 5+ people referred us to. The guys were very professional, honest and friendly. They answered every question we had & showed up on time (Our appt was for noon & they showed up @ 11:55). They also gave us a very accurate quote & the final price came in a little bit under that. I WILL call them again if I have any well/pump issues and recommend to everyone.

Water Works did a great job. They are a company that I will (and am) going to use again and I would reccomend them to everyone! They drilled our well, put on our pump, tank and filter last year The people in the office were very helpful when all of the initial work was done. They gave me a great estimate (the final price was very close-a little under even!) They are liscensed and INSURED!!!

Now a year later it is time for our filter to be rebeded. We called to set up a time, they were flexible with my schedule, came out emptied the old and replaced it with the new filter material. They cleaned up the mess and were on their way.

Water Works was very helpful. They were so knowledgeable about my filter system. They came out in a timely manor, got my fliter back on, and did NOT leave a mess. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs pump, and filter service.
