        St. Peter's School was founded in 1878, and aims to create an environment that allows students to grow spiritually, intellectually, humanly, and apostolically through catholic education. It is located in Covington, Louisiana, and is a ministry of St. Peter Parish. The school's admission policy gives priority to families who are registered in the church parish. The school is open to admitting students of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin. It has all grade levels, and offers honor classes for grades 5th, 6th, and 7th in English / Language Arts. The sports activities promoted at the school are baseball, boys/ girls basketball, cross country, flag football, golf, soccer, softball, and volleyball.
