Ibis Trail of Covington

Renters Beware! Ibis Trail is not as it appears.

Here’s the short version: the gate is a joke, an inconvenience at best, the children have no supervision and cause damages to vehicles, dog feces is everywhere, the constant noise is horrible, the rules are not being followed, and Ibis Trail will do nothing about it. You'll want to beef up on your renters insurance, you're going to need it. The Standard Operating Procedure at Ibis appears to be “Ignore it, and maybe it will go away”. The rules are a ruse to make you think you are moving into a governed community, it's the classic bait and switch scenario. No rules are being enforced, as a direct result, I have incurred over $3000.00 in property damage of which I am responsible for.

I have lived here for 4 years. This will be my last. As soon as my lease is up I'm moving out. This used to be a great place to live. Management was great and when you walked in to the office they all knew your name. Unfortunately now the management team sucks. I walked in the other day to pick up a package and had to stand their and wait for 15 minutes while the office girl finished playing on her phone. She didn't even try to hide it. My truck has so far in the last 3 months been vandalized twice. They don't respect your privacy, when maintenance comes by they knock once and immediately open the door. It's a shame because the grounds and the apartments are actually nice but the management teams ruins it.



Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

I have enjoyed living here at Ibis Trail. The apartments are very spacious and are complete with all the amenities one should need to make them comfortable. Diane has been a huge help for me, being that I relocated to Covington.

I have lived at Ibis Trail for two years now and I love it. The units are very nice but the staff is what really sets it apart!! They are very nice and understanding.. Aside from that, the free pool, movie theater, and gym membership make it well worth the money!!

I have been living here for two years. I'm very happy here. It is very quiet and I love the location. The grounds are always clean and we'll lit.

Don't look this apartment at all. Ask any former tenants/ current tenants you can listen lot of stories about the management . Apartment was so good with prior management. I wont recommend this to anyone. They are so kind while you are entering into this apartment till you sign the lease. When you want to step out then you will really get to know new policies and their cooperation and their behavior.
