If I tried to think of a worse experience I couldn’t. I can’t comment on the massage because I was never able to get one. After a month of trying to reach her to get an appointment, I finally did, which she cancelled and rescheduled, then cancelled again, rescheduled, then had an excuse of a plumbing leak and cancelled again, rescheduled and then cancelled and did not tell me after I left work early to make the appointment, and was sitting at the locked door. After 4 cancellations I was done. She didn’t even appologize for all of this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other good massage therapists in the area. She is completely unprofessional. I seriously don’t know how you can run a business this way.
