Mr. Transmission

They are the worst place to take your car I will never take my car back. They had my car for four day and the woman told me it's was going to take a day for me to get my car back never again

PLEASE DONT GO THERE. THEY ARE THE WORST!
On August 17th 2016, I was relocating from Houston, Texas when my car started to slow down.My Car would not go over 45 miles per hour. Linda called me Tuesday August the 23rd 2016 and said my transmission needed to be repaired without giving me any details. I asked her how much it would cost and she said $2900. I told her to not repair the car until we agree on some type of payment. I told her I would be back in Houston on September 1. Since then, she has called me Everyday telling me that the car has been repaired and asked me to send her the money via western union. She said I could drive the car with a downpayement of $1200, then she asked again for the whole $2900, then she finally said $2000. I showed up at the shop and she was surprised to see me. The car wasn't ready. NOTHING had been done. They stole my jewelry worth $17,000 plus my 8 buddles of hair with closure $1500. DONT GO THERE! RUN AWAY.

Comment : Mr. Transmission in columbus, ga is the biggest fraud. I do not recommend them to anyone. They will over charge you for minor repairs. And they have the nerve to talk bad other car repair companies.

I really wish I could give 0 stars! Not only has this company cheated me out of $1700 for a transmission rebuild they also have destroyed my car. I have had two certified mechanics look at my car since taking my car on Friday with police force and they both said these people never even touched the transmission. Nothing electrical works.. gauges, windows, radio, turn signals.They also messed my ignition up. my keyhole on the drivers side. I cant even use my key to unlock my door because there is not key hole anymore just a round hole. They had my car from April 12-June 24. I have a special needs son, these people defrauded me and caused my son to miss all of his doctors appointments and therapy sessions which are 3 xs a week and still unable to do so because they detroyed my car. That is detrimental to my son DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP PLEASE. THEY PREY ON THOSE THAT HAVE LITTLE MONEY AND THEN YOU END UP STUCK!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
