We are sorry to disappoint you "tastematters". We never boil our ribs. We use a combination of charcoal and applewood. Our ribs are smoked for a period of 4-5 hrs over direct heat. Our smoking temp. ranges from 230-250 degrees. Before we smoke our ribs, we marinate our ribs for 24 hrs , removing the membrane from the backside of the ribs to ensure tender ribs. Now you know "tastematters"! We have nothing to hide. We might not have the best ribs, but we have good ribs! So, please come back and try our food again! Thank you for your comment!
