I was hesitant to try Design Clips because it was a walk-in salon in a shopping center, but I needed a haircut and didn't have time to make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a full blown salon. I have always had great haircuts at Design Clips. The girls bark a little sometimes, but it is all in good fun and they all got hearts of gold. I had only been a client a few months when I had to have surgery. A few of the girls came and picked me up on several occasions just so I could get my hair washed and styled. The owner, Allison, also gave me some special no wash shampoo for in between. Great folks. I won't go anywhere else.
I just want to make sure nobody gets confused like I did. My wife looked up Design Clips on yp.com and she told me it was across the street from WalMart. So, my son and I went for a haircut. I went across the street from WalMart like she said, but she should have said across the highway from WalMart. Needless to say, I went to the wrong place first. My wife was so upset when we got home that she rode back with us to see about getting it fixed. This is when we realized we went the wrong place first. Design Clips did a good job and fixed our hair, but it had to be shorter than we wanted. Next time, we will definitely go across the highway.
Fantastic! I work in Buckhead area and usually get my hair done in Atlanta. I normally spend $200 for my cut and foils. I got in a time jam and gave Design Clips a chance. My cut and color are both great!! Plus I saved $75!! When I told the stylist, Rachael, that I found the salon on the yellow pages, she asked me to give the salon a review. I said that I would and now I have kept my word. I will be back Rachael!!
