5 Star....Excellent installation. The owner is very nice, and educational to talk with. Miss Jay, but his replacement is also awesome. I go all the way from Victorville to this shop. They are the best.

I just came for there shop and let me tell you this there customer service is amazing , they make you feel comfortable to the point where your waiting in there shop watching tv or just observing there products also when I say it's a in and out process, there very quick to get things done and I would recommend for others to go and get things done here at there shop

Had a stereo replaced because the dealer would charge for reprogramming the stereo every time I disconnected the battery. Went into the store and noticed "thug type" sales people. Asked how much for a new stereo with a module for steering wheel controls. Sales said High 400s. Probably because of the car I was driving. Told him too steep. Said he could sell me a cheaper model but that fade front to back wouldnt work. Ive installed stereos before and this sounded a bit fishy. He dropped it down to 360. Actual unit probably cost 50 bucks. I said go ahead seeing as it was a new vehicle and didnt want to tear into it myself. well 5 hours later I regretted not writing down the mileage. Who knows why it took so long. I hope joyriding wasnt part of the install. Reasonably happy with the stereo. Obviously a cheap brand which has sensitive volume controls. Steering wheel buttons work part time. Not very satisfied with service. If it werent for my stock amplifier, which makes it sound good, I would probably pull the stereo out myself and replace it.
