        Overall

        After reading other reviews, I'm not sure how we had different experiences. I had James come to our house for an estimate on windows. We had already talked with 4-5 other companies who had completely turned us off with their high-pressure sales tactics. We told James that we aren't interested in talking if that was how he was going to be. He never pressured us into anything. He took the measurements, ran the numbers, and showed us the necessities. A few weeks later our windows are in and everything is great. The installers were only there for a couple of hours, were courteous, cleaned everything up, and that was that. Cardinal will certainly stay on our radar screen for our next big job.
