I purchased a 2002 BMW 530I for them about a month ago. Ok...Looking at the past reviews I agree with some and disagree with some. I will write up a review of what happened to me from beginning to end. First I would like say that my sale rep Jeff was nice and knew I was driving down from Fresno, CA, so offered me a drink and restroom, so that was a plus from the beginning. After that he gathered all the keys of the cars I was interested in and off we were to test drive them. After starting all the cars I was interested I picked the 02 BMW 530i to test drive, which rode really nice, but was a bit over my budget at $6600.00 out the door and I was only able to afford $6000.00. This is the reason why I gave them a 3 star because they knew I was driving far to purchase a car from them and wouldn't even lower the price nor even offered a counter offer, so I left on a search another car. After searching all day I coundn't find another car that I loved as much as that one, so I decided to go back and purchase this BMW for $6600 out the door. Drove it home, which was a nice drive and its been running strong. I know a few people put comments on here that they was sold Unsound car, but thats was happens when you buy a used car. Thats why you should get all your used car purchase a preinspection before buying, which I didn't do too. You just never know what going to happen. It could break down within the next mile or 300,000 miles. Have about 1000 miles on it right now and the radiator expansion tank started leaking, so had to replace that. I know these car has cooling system issues, so will be replacing radiator, waterpump, hoses, and thermostat next month. I was a bite worry about getting my registration tags and title after reading some of the reviews here, but got them all within 3 weeks, so no problems there for me. This is my second BMW and all I can say is unless you have the money to pay to get them fixed or a DIY kind of person like me. Don't buy it!!!! But if you do I know you will love them as much as me!!!!
WOW... Excellent Service I saw an online advertisement for a 2007 Lexus GS 450h (the hybrid), with low miles and I pretty much thought "this might be the car for me; I hope the sales team doesn't change my mind!" I have family in the new and used car business, and I know how it can be...and that you get a lot of flack at times. Well, all I can say is WOW. I contacted Nash Auto about the car, and he got right back to me with information, pictures and professionalism. Since I live up in the Hollywood area, I couldn't make it down to see the car until that weekend. When I was able to drive down, Eric (Internet Sales)took care of us. I was turning in a leased vehicle, so I asked if I could buy the car, then pick it up in a month, to avoid making double car payments - no problem. He made what could have been a difficult process easy. We were in and out of there in hours...and I owned a beautiful car! When I came by a month later to pick it up, it was painless and easy. If you have the chance to give your salespeople a pat on the back, or some special "kudos" for a job well done, I hope you take a moment to do so for Eric. If ANYONE I know is ever looking for a used Toyota or Lexus, I am sending them to Nash Auto! Take care and have a great day. And Tell Eric "Thanks" from me.
I have always been hesitant in going to the little used car lots that are normally found in the industrial areas of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, etc. A couple of weeks ago my wife found a Honda Element on CarGur.com for sale at USA Motors in Costa Mesa (one of those lots). The car fit our needs and was priced right. It was a high-mileage vehicle so we weren’t expecting perfection just something dependable to use as a second car. The car looked good and seemed to drive well, but it had a lot of miles and I was concerned I might be missing something. We purchased the car “AS IS.” While signing the documents I expressed my concerns to Chris (salesman/part owner of the lot). He stated if we took the car to our mechanic and he found anything drastically wrong he (Chris) would work with us. We SHOOK HANDS on the deal. Well, our mechanic found a couple of issues that needed immediate attention. We contacted Chris and true to his word he worked with us fulfilling a promise he made on a HAND SHAKE. We negotiated a resolution that was satisfactory to BOTH of us. USA motors already had our money and were in no way obligated to help us, but they did anyway. We would recommend this dealership to any of our friends.
