        I specialize in individual psychotherapy, and most of my practice is about helping people to feel close in relationships, which includes their relationship with themselves. People worry a lot about their relationships. Whether this involves parents or children, partners or in-laws, wives, husbands or employers, it all starts with one common denominator..YOU! Any life issue, whether circumstantial or situational, requires taking a look at oneself. Sometimes we get so lost in the story of what is going on that we cannot find ourselves. That is what I do in the psychotherapy that I offer-help people to find themselves; to know who you are so you stand strong and present for yourself no matter what life brings your way. Some of us really struggle with showing up for ourselves. We get blown by the wind..this way..that way..unable to feel and navigate our own steering. Individual psychotherapy is a powerful tool in which we change the lens that you look through. It is like wearing a new pair of glasses. If you are frustrated, uncomfortable and discontent, I urge you not to wait any longer . You will see how learning to navigate is an inside job...first you, THEN them.         She was extremely helpful. I learned a lot about myself. We all struggle with daily issues in our lives. We need to question why these obstacles occur - are there ways I can improve? Dr. Siegel really helped me be conscious about myself. I highly recommend visiting her and seeing if she is the right therapist for you. I liked that she didn't charge me for my first hour because she wanted to make sure that she was right for me. If I returned, then I paid that hour. If I didn't, then I didn't have to pay. My opinion - get help. You only live once!!!
