I called metro cab to reserve a spot hour and fifteen minuts before my apt at sweedish. It's time for me to leave for apt the cab is not here. I call them and they tell me theres two people ahead of you. I was like, so when is the cab going to be here, she said "i dont know". I said thank you and hung up the phone. Waited 10 min and called yellow cab and i said that i need a cab here ASAP i have apt in 20 min. Lady on the phone was very sweet she said ok. My cab was here in 5 min. I got to my apt on time. Thank you for a great service. Price from federal to swedish was high, but i still gave a tip, because of great service. Driver was very nice we chated all the way there. I give three stars for high price.
