I had to switch doctors as mine closed. We went to FHN pediatrics office. I schedule a school physical. Then call and ask that it be sent to the school. I was told NO as I didn't sign a release. Next visit I ask for a release and fill it out. Receptionist treats me like I am stupid! Says I don't need this release! That they could have sent the physical to school for me. I say but you told me NO and I needed a release! Which I had just filled out. They kept treating me like I was stupid. I was so upset and angry I was crying. They are unorganized, unfriendly, and apparently can't remember what they actually do need. My other doctor would have been so much more cooperative. And I had to get the fax numbers for the schools like I'm the only parent that's going to need something faxed. They don't have this on file? Or couldn't look it up? They are so busy being snotty rude people. Looking for another doctor completely due to receptionist attitude.
