Chickadees

I used to like bringing my items to get embroidered here but seems like it has gone downhill. Instead of calling me to let me know they could not embroider an item (which I know they could because someone else had the same item done here) the girl decided to tell me they couldn’t do it when I came to pick up my items. Also, the girl (not sure her name but was young, heavy set with long dark hair) was not professional nor friendly when I came to pick up my items. I guess she was having a bad day. Furthermore, you could barely see the color thread they used on my items.
