Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Corpus Christi

I've had a difficult time in getting back a response from the facility administrator about having the facility provide my mother pull-ups. I left a message with the Social Worker in June. Never got a reply. I called several times, the receptionist took the necessary info so that the administrator could contact me via email or cell phone, but to no avail. Finally, on July 31st, I had a Care Plan Mtg., so I decided to speak with her, since her office door was opened and she was speaking to a worker. I asked her if she had tried getting ahold of me, she paused, she looked at her phone, just happened to have a wrong phone #. Go Figure. This had been going on since before May 31st of this year. Finally, she told me that the facility would not be providing my mother the pull-ups, that I would have to pay for it.

I would say staff are every freindly and helpful but and but when a there is a concern they take to long to resovle it .. and who suffer Residen ...
