We went here last night. I am allergic to shell fish but had a few friends that really wanted to go here so I looked at the menu and found things I could eat. Once seated I told the waiter when ordering my Texas Cobb salad that I am allergic to shell fish so they would know to not cook my chicken in a pan anywhere near shell fish and she said "SO" and then rolled her eyes? Nice! With so many people in the world with severe food allergies you would think a place like this would be a little more understanding!
Then my friends ordered a 9 dollar meal and the waiter said " no order this it is only a dollar more and comes with a salad." So they did. Then she gave them side choices. In the end their dinners were 4 dollars more not one and the salad upgrade was 2.50 and the baked potato side was a 1.50 up grade. Which she did not explain when giving them their choices!! In the end their meals were 18.50!!! When asked about this she said" sorry that is the price." Would not eat here again anytime soon. Serves was very poor. Food was all ok.

First time to Corpus Christi and saw the good (amidst a few bad) reviews of the seafood restaurant. We were definitely expecting more of an upscale ambiance and were a bit disappointed upon walking in with the completely open floor plan including the kitchen and server area. Not only could we watch our food being made (good thing), but we were also able to see the server's mess of an area (bad thing).
The floors looked like they had not been swept in a week, very unappetizing. Within 5 minutes we over-heard the bartender complaining to another guest about them having to cover someone's shift and how he better show up later so they can leave.
Good thing was, my Grey Goose martini was only $7! Other ""upscale"" places it's usually a minimum of $12.
The wait wasn't too long and the food looked good, however, the service was HORRID. She never told us her name, abruptly came to our table and immediately asked "" do you know what you guys want?"" She seemed very P.O'ed the entire time and never once cracked a smile.
The stuffed mushrooms were actually really good. It comes with some kind of yummy sauce. the wedge and ceasar salad were mediocre. I got the special, blackened scallops over a garlic cream sauce. The scallops were VERY small and way over seasoned. The fried shrimp...well, it's fried shrimp.
Over all: Food-OK
I'm hoping the manager/owner of this place pays more attention to the details in the future. I would not visit this place again!

I was in Corpus this weekend and went back to an old stable seafood place that i CRAVE.
Fantastic service , Great Food - Love the shrimp picayune and the Blue Fin Tuna special was done perfect! Too bad they dont have one back home, but I am glad they are still around.
Would have given it 5 stars but in the last few years the quality and service have taken a step down. Haven't been there in the last year whereas we used to go every 6-8 weeks. The house salad & dressing are great. And the seafood is really fresh and tasty especially blackened or grilled. It's cooked to order.
