No one answers phone my key wont open box to get my packages out. This happens almost every time I get packages. I have to go to post office to get the RIGHT key to open it. That's if someone else did'nt already get my package out. I'm so tired of dealing with this.

Fix your parking lot. The whole lot is full of potholes and ruining my alignment.

Take pride in your profession - please deliver the mail that is filtered through your branch; not delivering the mail can result in people and businesses not getting paid. If the shoe were on the other foot and it were your paycheck wouldn't you want it delivered in a timely manner.

Worst post office ever. Constantly losing my mail or delivering to me every one elses mail. Even a temporary substitute post master once told me this was the worst post office in Corpus Christi.
