  Don't go there!

  Don't go there! The only reason I gave this business a star is because YP,com made me.The senior woman who works there appears to be more interested in pushing products than in serving the customer. In an authoritative manner, she spread misinformation regarding flea treatment products. Upon learning the truth about the flea product's distribution, I returned to the clinic with my unopened packaged and requested a refund. The woman was rude, patronizing, and refused to return my money though there is no information visible--ANYWHERE--regarding their return policy. My sense is that the service they offer is based on their perceptions of the customers' race/ethnicity or class. It is a shame that in 2012 people are still behaving in such a manner. DO NOT PATRON THIS INSTITUTION if you are a responsible pet owner.

  Disappointing

  While I don't have any complaint about the services provided, I found this clinic expensive. Also, they refused to approve my orders for on-line medications (but did offer to try to sell them for "close" to the same price). They also refused to approve a generic medication. They were very rude to me when I called to ask them why they had refused to approve my order.
  
  Also, when I took my dog in for vomiting, the charges were $191.00. The diagnosis was that he had eaten something that did not agree with him. Can't imagine what the charge would be if he were chronically ill!
  
  I will not be returning to this clinic.
