        Overall

        first impression was not pleasant. the hostess w short multi colored hair ignored me multiple times upon our entrance & was very rude & unwelcoming. however, I was very impressed w the table service. he was very helpful & i appreciate his kind approachable attitude. turned our whole experience around. we'll be back for sure just because of him!

        Overall

        This restaurant used to be GREAT!! Now, the waitstaff is still good, but quality of the food has been compromised. The portions are smaller, and the prices are higher. Was a regular, now we just drive by! It's not REAL ITALIAN!

        Food was not very good. Have eaten this chain before and enjoyed their food, however this particular location did not impress me what so ever. Server was polite, but that is the only nice thing I have to say about this location.
