We are a locally owned, operated, and managed 8-story building, located on the bluff near County and Federal buildings, the Courthouse and Port. Park Tower is the perfect space for smaller offices in need of 5,000 square feet of space or less, although larger spaces are available. There are no pass-through charges, additional expenses, or common area maintenance (CAM) fees. We offer wholesale electric costs to our tenants. We provide 240 total parking spaces, more than any other building within the downtown area. Banks and dining are nearby.
