My husband and I have been going to Mastertech for over 8 years and we wouldn't go to anyone else. Everyone has always treated us fairly and given good service. Vehicles get fixed when they say they will and no problem after they have worked on them. They will call us before they replace any part they feel should be replaced so we know before hand how much it will cost and they will show us the bad part they took out when we pick up the car. Can't say enough about all of them and would recommend to anyone. This morning I was there for my regular service and was told that my air filter looked a little dusty and Andy said I just vacuumed it off for you it didn't need replacing yet maybe next service it will. Where else would you go to get service like that?

The best Auto Service i have ever been too! they respect you as a customer and easily walked me through the whole process of getting my state inspection and oil change. i recommend this Auto Service to anyone and i will be returning here whenever i have a problem with my jeep..

I came down one Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago from Austin to visit friends, and I had bad luck with car trouble.
I searched around Corpus Christi for auto shops but I found that many couldn't repair my car because I had to return home to Austin by Sunday. So i found MasterTech and took it there, and they were able to help me get on the road on time for me to go back home on time.
I received great service and friendly staff, and I would recommend these guys to my friends because they were a really helpful and professional bunch! -

I would give this shop -2 stars. I took my air conditioner in on my civic and they said it was low on freon and needing freon. To every mechanic I know- that means find the leak and fix it. They fixed an AC relay switch but they never looked for a leak..just taking the lazy way out of adding freon and not finding the leak. AC worked one day..and now does not work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE.

Took my car there for service, & the sales partner was nice but the place is way to expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quality Repair Service!
I have taken my BMW to Mastertech Auto a few times now, and each time my vehicle has been serviced and repaired over and above my expectations! They are very honest about their work and before my vehicle gets serviced they contact me to give me an estimate before I authorize any service! I have compared dealership service work and each time I have chosen Mastertech! If you want your vehicle to be serviced and maintained as it should, I highly recommend them for foreign and domestic auto service & repairs!

too expensive
i took my car back three times to get the air conditioner repaired. i was getting other work done.
the tune up was fine; about the same price as the dealer charges.
the oil change was $80. it is synthedic oil. $30 more than wal-mart. they put 5 quarts in, not the 5.8 it needed and i paid for.
they repaired the air conditioner at the same time as the tune up. it cooled one day.
they repaired it a second time. it cooled one day.
i took it to the a third time. this time they found the porblem; two bad hoses. i received an estimate for over $1,100.00.
i took the car to another repair shop. they located and repaired the air conditioner on the first attempt for less than $500.00. it has been cooling for over two months.
nice people. too expensive. the inability to locate the problem and then charge way too much to repair it is a big issue for me.
