Established in 1965, Kostoryz Elementary School provides educational services to students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school conducts classes in general academic subjects that include language arts, math and science. It also offers an accelerated reader program. Its facility features a library and media center that maintains a collection of books, magazines, CDs and reference materials. Kostoryz Elementary School organizes field trips to several educational and cultural destinations. In addition, the school conducts a variety of special events, such as book fairs, reading programs and storytelling sessions. It operates a parent-teacher association that conducts fundraising programs. The school also provides food, counseling and transportation.
