being over charged!

Quoted one price and charged another....recieved bill for more money 2 months later. Environment is kid friendly but billing is a nightmare here. My son has gone here a couple times for cleanings and no problems but when it came time for cavities to be filled the charges quoted were not what was billed later after I already paid.

I took my son in, they said he had 3 cavities, so I took him in and had them filled. I paid $350, than they told me a month later over the phone he had another that hadn't been seen....a little late now since they could have done that with the last 3. I would have to pay for the gas all over again. Not to mention that 2 months later they sent me another bill for $150 more after the previous quote! The atmosphere is nice there and my son likes that but there is no way its worth the cost of this place. I really feel this place is just in it for money. Do NOT go here unless you plan on paying way more money for services you can get somewhere else.

I loved this office!
I loved this office! My daughter has always been nervous about any doctor's appointments. We went in for our very first dental visit with Kennedy Dental Care and it was a breeze! She was so comfortable there and enjoyed her first visit to the dentist! What a relief! I just found out they have another location in the Calallen Area, that's even closer for us. I would definitely recommend this office. What a great staff, clean office and such caring dentists. We loved it!

some staff is really rude
i have been going to this dentist office for many years. I am actually thinking of transferring to the newer office because of the rudeness of the staff.
