Cancun Mexican Restaurant

We eat there quite often but the service is getting worse everytime we go. This past Sunday we had 16 people and we had to get our own menus. Had to ask several times before they took drink orders. Needless to say we were fixing to leave before they came to take our orders. If the service continues to be bad we will be going somewhere else and take our $180 to another restaurant. The food is usually good.

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant 3 times, the food is always good and fresh. What a find!

The food is AWESOME this restaurant is different from all the others. And I say it because the service is good. The first time I went with my wife we loved the charro beans and the meat had a decilious taste we also tried the Happy Hour and they make great margaritas. Well people I recomend this restaurant.

Food is great and so is the atmosphere. If you have time to wait for service, i's a little slow.

My husband and I went to this resturant on 03/12/2009 and the services was very bad, food not too good and portions were small for the price. Our waitress was very unprofessional although she did check to see that our tea glasses were full and asked if everything was ok, but it was down hill all the way from there. When she took our drink orders we both ordered ice tea with lime and she said "we don't have any limes'. I did notice that other customers around us had limes in their drinks. When asked about the daily special she told us that she didn't know but it was probably the same as yesterday. When our food arrived the rice was cold and the refried beans had a chemical taste to them. She brought us our check and we gave it to her with cash attached she didn't even bother to look or ask if we needed any change. She just assumed we did not need change back. Very, very poor service. WE WILL NOT GO BACK!
