We have had horrible customer service! We ordered 1 item 8 weeks ago and still have not received it! Everytime i call the delivery date gets pushed back and they refuse to give our money back. I will NEVER shop at any Ashley store ever again!!Was this review helpful?Yes No|Flag Abuse
They are horrible! I have been trying to get a pair of leather recliners for the last two months and they can't get it right. Then when I went to the store for a refund, they claim to not have a restroom for my 4 year old to use. Ok, first, do not shop at Ashley Furniture. The ineptitude of the staff, from the manager down, is mind blowing. We ordered two leather recliners in February. The salesperson stated that they were being discontinued but that ordering them was no problem. A month later, our chair were delivered, except that they were upholstery instead of leather. I ordered my furniture on August 22 and was assured that they had plenty in stock and it would be delivered in 3 weeks. We are now going on 5 weeks and I have been told our furniture has a load date of October 19 and that I may receive my furniture a week from that date.
