Access Ford Customer Service
One word can some it up HORRIBLE!
<br>This place is a joke, I took my vehicle to Access Ford for warranty work. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and did not get an estimate for the warranty till the next day at 1pm. I had to pay for a rental vehicle until the warranty was verified but that took over two days. It took seven days for them to fix my vehicle which there was only one problem. They would not even call me to keep me up to date on what was going on. I called several times and most of the time nobody wouldn't answer the phone in the service dept. They don't care how much the inconvience you and they certainly don't care about customer service. Its like talking to a bunch of brick walls when you call and nobody knows whats going on. How does this place stay in business. I guess people around here have accepted poor customer service but I refuse. Next time I will drive two hours away from here to find someone who is glad to have my business and knows the importance of good customer service. I give this place a negative 5 star rating.
