I have used them twice with my personal car and once with my company truck. The first experience was with my truck and it was terrible. The second time was with my car and it took much longer than they said, by days! I had to have my car towed last nite and the tow company kept it at there place until the dealership opened this morning. I called three times with no call back after leaving messages. And when I finally got to speak with someone, she was rude and didn't want to speak with me. Terrible. I won't make this mistake again.



Do not use Access Ford service department. I took my 2002 Maxima in for front end work and a rear brake job. Car was in for 5 working days. Got the car back was making grinding noise and squeezing noise when I drove out of service area. Told service adviser.

He said "Just normal noise from ceramic brakes."

Took car back two other times. They told me they, "Adjusted hardware."

They also stated "Take to Nissan dealer to fix."

Took car to another shop to get wheel bearing fixed. Still making noise. The hub needed to be replaced. Other shop stated hub should have been replaced the first time.

Parts guarantee was for 1 year no luck in getting money back for wheel baring.


terrible place!!

I had gotten into a car accident and went over to the collision center to get it fixed. I was suppose to get it back a week and a half later and he was suppose to "call" me on any updates. It has been a MONTH since I have gotten if back. I call everyday and he tells me it's ready, they just need to do once more thing, but he has been telling me that EVERYDAY!! this place ia terrible and I regret ever going here


I went for convenience or would've taken my business elsewhere

I went in for a NEW car and 5 phone calls later, while I'm at work mind you, and when I get there the guy tries selling me a used car!! I get my credit history isn't ideal, but isn't it their job to find a solution and SELL me a vehicle?!


Access Ford Customer Service

One word can some it up HORRIBLE!

This place is a joke, I took my vehicle to Access Ford for warranty work. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and did not get an estimate for the warranty till the next day at 1pm. I had to pay for a rental vehicle until the warranty was verified but that took over two days. It took seven days for them to fix my vehicle which there was only one problem. They would not even call me to keep me up to date on what was going on. I called several times and most of the time nobody wouldn't answer the phone in the service dept. They don't care how much the inconvience you and they certainly don't care about customer service. Its like talking to a bunch of brick walls when you call and nobody knows whats going on. How does this place stay in business. I guess people around here have accepted poor customer service but I refuse. Next time I will drive two hours away from here to find someone who is glad to have my business and knows the importance of good customer service. I give this place a negative 5 star rating.

FYI if you go to this place 1.) Take a number 2.) step in line 3.) Keep your mouth shut 4.) Take out your check book
