Yes they are very good about giving their members loans, but all the ladies working there act like its a chore to answer questions. When I tried to refinance my car, I guarantee the girl wouldn't recognize my face if she passed me in the hallway that same day bc she barely made eye contact with me! When I reached over to shake her hand she was checking her phone so I let it go from the beginning. That shouldve been my first clue that they'd have crappy service. My whole loan process was done thru emails which is great bc of my work schedule but when I went to sign paperwork I walked out with no paperwork so had to call in a month later to inquire how much my payments were & when they would be drafted!!!
I moved to Tx in 2013. My credit was not good. I opened a checking/saving account with NavyArmy. After being with them for one year they gave me a $500 loan to start building my credit. 6 months later they financed a $30,000 truck for me. 11 months later they financed a travel trailer for me. Now 3 months late r they are financing a boat for me. When no one else would fine me a chance they did even after I moved to Fl. NavyArmy is the best. My paycheck is paid in Florida but it is depossited in Tx. NavyArmy will always be my bank.
I have banked there for several year and always have had excellent customer service.
