First off... their website is http://www.fairwayvillasblueskycondos.com AND let me tell you! The people there are great and condo complex has been remodeled! It's AWESOME!!!!! We stayed the weekend in unit 201. Which is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath penthouse condo. I could not believe how many people we could sleep (total 10) and how much room we still had! The condo was HUGE!!!! It had a queen size bed in one room, 2 ...twin size beds in the other bedroom, a twin bed in a spacious area up stairs, and 2 pull out couches down stairs. We ended up using one of the LARGE closets as a bedroom and brought our own queen-size air mattress. This condo may not be on the beach but the beach is only about a 3-5 minute drive away (Whitecap Beach) and Port A is about 25 minutes away. I LOVE it here because the condos are huge for its price to stay. What a great deal! We cannot wait to go back again! Hopefully, we can stay longer next vacation and put their washer & dryers they have in each unit to work!

My family planned a very last minute trip for the 4th of July weekend. Dave and Diane were fantastic getting condo prepared and ready for our arrival. Place is in great area. Right down the street from Bob Hall Pier, the new Schlitterbahn is being built right behind condos.Facility an general area well kept and clean. The pool an jacuzzi area were sparkeling very relaxing. I cant say enough about Diane an Davids(management) help with everything. My family enjoyed 4 days an 3 nights at the Fairways. We will be planning our next visit back soon. Condos are huge an very comfortable. Location convient to everything.
Joe has managed my house for almost a decade. His company takes care of everything. Since I no longer live in Corpus Christi, that is a real help. I could not effectively rent the house from my present location. They take care of the day to day issues in a very professional manner only contacting me for significant issues, e.g. major repairs, change of tenants, etc. A huge help is Joe's efforts fighting the incessant, unreasonable property evaluation increases done by the local taxing authorities.
